This podcast started out well but holy moly it’s has turned into the podcaster spending more time praising herself than anything else. She is absolutely obsessed with herself and never lets the listeners forget how amazing she is. It’s hard to get through the episodes anymore because I have to keep skipping the praise she heaps on herself to find actual case information.
I had to unfollow all 3 shows because of the tremendous slant the topics being discussed had, towards the personal opinions the girls have. Mostly Liz, seemingly has such blinding rage for (her words): Boomers, Good Ole Boys, The White Man, etc., and just general hatred for the South all together. I, of course, could relate and was truly impressed with their passion for justice for all the cases they have investigated. I just wish it was presented with far less disdain towards territory and raci... more
Mandy, Liz and Eric make the absolute perfect team when it comes To uncovering what is really going on and have led several actual arrests .. very eye opening material !! Highly recommend
Great research and thought process. But the obvious bias and complete abandonment of proper/educated journalism prose relegates this podcast to being lumped in with the other self-serving “passion projects.” The podcaster seems keen on self-praise and then offering justification for doing so. In my opinion, this takes away from the sincerity of what the creator is attempting to accomplish.
Love this podcast and all the badasses who make it happen! Mandy, Liz, and David are phenomenal. Stay pesky!
