I’ve been listening for years but loved the episode with Gemma 846b - always enjoyed the conversations with her.
More houses are what we knew to fix housing crisis, we need immigrants to pay taxes and have kids to support our ageing population and no one is breeding enough.
Also Great entertaining show but disappointed it’s sponsored by “renewable” gas - gas is a fossil fuel and the only thing renewable about gas is the greenwash in the advertisement that is sponsorship of this podcast! Not sure if it’s the podcasters fault but seriously? We can do better!

This is an excellent in depth Podcast for someone who was financially illiterate and disorganised until I started listening to Podcasts like this. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Would be great to get some older guests in (Gen X or Baby Boomers) who have children or grown up children. Their advice would be invaluable as they have the life experience and have faced the reality of managing their finances whilst raising a family, going through divorce, living in retirement etc.
