Q: Why did you create a huge imaging database of MRIs of kids and young adults who were receiving CAR T-cell therapy for B-cell cancers?
Prior data on neurotoxicity related neuroimaging findings post CAR T-cells were sparse, mostly consisting of case reports, and there was a need for comprehensive data pooling to understand these findings better.
