die folge zum thema anspannung war wundervoll, dankeschön! <3 ich finds total einfach dir zu folgen, weil du so eine schöne klarheit schaffst - war für mich kein stück diffus, sondern ich würds eher mit faszien vergleichen können, stabil und umfassend haha :D faszien spannen den körper, das ist tensigrität, und eine anspannung kann aufzeigen, wo prozesse noch nicht abschließen konnten, wo keine entspannung auftreten kann und wo somit stabilität fehlt.

Freue mich immer sehr, wenn eine neue Folge rauskommt. Ich mag alles an Aylin! Ob leichte oder schwere Themen, ich höre von Anfang bis Ende aufmerksam zu. Das kann ich lange nicht von jedem Podcast behaupten.
