You have got to let others talk. It’s destroying your podcast.
Ben asks a question and the drones on endlessly, not letting Giri answer. What a windbag! And not very articulate at all. How does he have a job at the NYT? This interview is so painful, I could not goer through it. Nathan was excellent speaking with 2 moderators during his book talk at
McNally Jackson bookstore in NYC, but he is drowned out here by Ben.
Chris Clarey is a good writer but like all tennis pundits he bizarrely ignores Nadal’s superb 13-8 record over Djokovic in Grand Slams Olympics and Davis Cup.
Ben has definitely taken on some uncomfortable topics which others are afraid to touch… I do feel that this pod would be much improved with more attention, given to sound quality- I’m sure some technical assistance could be found. I enjoy listening to Tumaini (who needs to get a little closer to the mic at times) but I do miss hearing Courtney, as well as others (the woman from Egypt…).
