I really enjoy the podcast, every topic is interesting! Haven’t missed an episode yet! Would love an episode on food and migraines-what can help, what to avoid. Thanks so much for the podcast! X
my new favourite nutrition podcast. I love the range of content, the simple explanations and of course clare
This is a great podcast by Australia’s leading dietitian. It is easy to listen to and you learn heaps!
I love this podcast! The episode on diabetes was especially meaningful for me, as I have a son with type 1. The information was clear, well-researched, and very helpful. Even the episodes that aren't directly relevant to my life have been surprisingly interesting. The host does a great job at making complex nutrition facts easy to understand. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn more about their health!
She obviously knows her stuff academically but more importantly makes it practical for real people. I love her website “No Money No Time” I can’t believe it’s free!
