  • Incredible insight to nutrition and health

I love this podcast! The episode on diabetes was especially meaningful for me, as I have a son with type 1. The information was clear, well-researched, and very helpful. Even the episodes that aren't directly relevant to my life have been surprisingly interesting. The host does a great job at making complex nutrition facts easy to understand. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn more about their health!
