  • Um… ahh… painful to listen to

Listening to the episode with the CEO from HNRY and was really keen to hear his insights. But the interviewer was too painful to listen to. So many ums, ahs, poorly formed thoughts, not sure if there was ever going to be a decent question coming. I really wanted it to be good, but it was just brutal.

  • Great information and guests

I’ve listened to the podcast for many years. It often has a good mix of content and guests.

I would like Paul to work on not using “umm” and “ahhh” so much. It can be a bit jarring at times.

  • Turn your mic off!

Hey Paul, love your podcast. I think the podcast would be much better if you turned your mic off when not talking - the compression you're using amplifies ambient noise (e.g. fans), sounds of you taking screenshots and breathing noises, to be as loud as the guest speakers when you are not talking. Incredibly distracting. Thank you for the great content!

  • Good but um er you know

Don’t get me wrong, I do like this podcast especially as it is tech in NZ focused. But sometimes the podcaster grates on me with his repetitive um’a, err’s and you know’s.
