  • Perfect podcast!

I’ve been listening to Laetitia’s One Thing in a French Day for over three years now & it has been a key part of my re-immersion in the French language. The length of each episode is perfect to allow a couple of repeat listens for better comprehension. But it’s the topics I love best - overheard conversations on the bus, discovery of a new bakery, visits to a new museum or historical house, exploration of a different quartier or just a glimpse of a Parisian family’s day to day life.

  • One Thing in a French Day

I have been listening to this podcast for 17 years. When I began listening, I didn't understand very much though I enjoyed hearing the french. I had to read the podcast in order to understand it. A few years later, I could understand most of the podcasts the first time I heard it. The podcast is not a french lesson, it's a great way to keep or develop one's ear for listening to french spoken by native speakers. It's interesting to hear what Laetitia and her family are up to--after 17 years of li... more
