  • Too many episodes daily

I like this show. It is well written, produced and interesting. But there are WAY TOO many episodes downloading daily. There are 4 that released today alone. Please reduce this to the “daily” update of one episode as advertised. Otherwise I will unfollow this show.

  • Nostalgic Story Telling At It’s Best!

I love this show! (I don’t mind exposing my gen-x bias early on by calling it a show, but Our American Stories brings me back to radio broadcasts I loved as a kid. Specifically, Paul Harvey. I think just because of the uniqueness of the various subjects covered on Our American Stories. It’s well written, delivered, and edited with expert professionalism.

  • Annoying and cringey

The subject matters covered are interesting and many of the people who are actually relating the information are great but for some reason, the host interrupts several times for commercials. That in itself is fine, most podcasts have commercials, but the way this host does it is extremely annoying - he summarizes everything we have just heard in a patronizing way and then when the commercials end, he does it again! It has unfortunately rendered an otherwise interesting podcast unlistenable.
