  • Easily digestible, informative and entertaining

This has been one of my fave podcasts for a few years. I never miss an episode! There is always something to learn, clinical or business-related, from Nicole and Jesse. This podcast continues to teach me new things, and the format is digestible enough to keep me listening on a morning run.

  • Goal setting/Mindset episodes

I love the clinical information that Jesse and Nicole provide, I’ve learned about a wide variety of topics this way! BUT the wrap up episodes of 2024 and opening episodes of 2025 have been some of my favorites. They’ve helped me work on getting clear in my professional vision and I appreciate how they also discuss other aspects of life being a priority too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some direction and encouragement!

  • Keeping it real

Always a good idea to listen to Rising! I love how Jesse and Nicole keep it real about pelvic therapy and business. So many therapists share unrealistic business standards and even gloss over the challenges of owning a rehab business. Jesse and Nicole keep it real with real conversations, emotions and the humility it takes to be a pelvic health professional!

I was working in an outpatient PT clinic as a ortho/pelvic floor therapist (the only one) and started realizing there is just a better way to provide care. I got trapped in the system for years (12) 🫠. I moved clinics, working on setting boundaries that were appropriate but until I started really listening to business podcasts and specifically this one I was just *grinding* thinking I just wasn’t doing enough. Thi... more
