Bin auf den Podcast gestoßen, da ich mir die Doku von Kim zum Backyard Ultra angeschaut habe. Mein erster Backyard steht auch bald an. Der Podcast ist gut, aber ich würde mir wünschen, dass insbesondere Sasa mehr Demut und Respekt zeigen sollte. U.a. sollte man nicht andere „Influencer“ negativ darstellen. Ich kannte die hier genannte Person nicht und wurde erst von anderen darauf hingewiesen. Aber respektiert doch auch andere Menschen und Meinungen. Der Podcast gefällt mir sehr und begleitet mich hauptsächlich bei meinen Läufen und pusht mich dabei ganz besonders an meine Grenzen. Für Long Runs sind die Folgen mit etwas über einer Stunde aber bisschen kurz - ich laufe keine 20km in einer Stunde. :(
Und ich wollte bei der Gelegenheit mal erfragen, wieso runwiththeflow nicht eingeladen wurde zum Last Soul Ultra? Ist er zu „gefährlich“ als Gegner?
