Love the content and the delivery as well. Great value in these episodes, especially for a young coach like myself.
Just curious, the questions that you had listed. When would you start asking these questions? The first week of meeting the players? For example some of the questions could be seen as more personal than others. Would you ask over multiple conversations?
Great to have succinct and helpful information. Great educators.
Podcasts could go in further depth but the stuff and ideas that are there are good. They sometimes use terminology like "four corner model" that I have to lookup later but it's good stuff. Love to hear more details and background on each problem - maybe get the questioner on the podcast if possible and really drill in.
I'm an aspiring professional coach from the U.K. Coaching in the USA and I have to say these podcasts have helped me develop my approach to coaching different ages and abilities! It has also helped me transfer my knowledge and collaborate with local coaches who I get to work with.
