Utterly delighted esp by your discussion of Mishima which is better than any scholarly papers I read on it and I read all in multiple languages. Other episodes are also just so fun and perfect.
Imagine listening to this
An all time great movie podcast. Ian and Jake are casually funny dudes whose insights into film offer fresh perspectives. One of my fav things to do is to watch a movie and listen to these guys discuss it, inevitably bringing up things I didn’t fully consider and it becomes a learning experience. Keep it up guys.
I’m doing this for the math problem.
Seriously though, I listen to a lot of film podcasts and this is one of the best.
That’s what Ian does!
