  • Need a Map?

For anyone who appreciates learning about therapy and mental health concepts while enjoying trivia and genuine conversation, Pod Therapy, hits the sweet spot. It's the rare educational podcast that never feels like homework, and I find myself both more knowledgeable about psychology and more confident in my geography skills after each episode.

  • Bourbon v Rye

Pod is fun - but heads up, there are no currently active distilleries in Bourbon Co. KY. Bourbon is the national spirit of the US and can be made anywhere within with the regulations chatgpt gave you (51% corn, unused charred oak barrels, aged a min 3 years, etc). Rye whiskey, on the other hand, must be 51% rye. Sources: books and i’m former bartender. the more you know 🌈

thanks for all you share with us to help know ourselves more.

  • Such a helpful show!

Never has one podcast truly been helpful in my day-to-day life. I attribute this show to teaching me more about compassion, empathy and patience with those around me who may be struggling invisibly. And to make it better, this show is truly funny. If I were to ever be in a place in life where I wrote a memoir, I would say the best attributes I like most about myself I learnt from this show. Wherever I am, I feel so content with Jim, Nick, Whitney and Jacob in my ears, it’s like resting your head... more
