Re: Dracula takes the famous horror tale, breaks it up chronologically (every entry of this epistolary novel has a date), and sends the story directly to your podcatcher as it happens. Every time something happens to the characters, Re: Dracula will publish an episode, in as close to real time as it happens. Some entries will be brief, and others will be long and intense.

This is pretty good! However the accent used for Van Helsing is so comically bad that I am honestly finding myself taken out of this more and more. Usually I don't nitpick and wouldn't care about these sorts of things, and there is truly a lot to love about this show, but it is really mind boggling how bad this accent is, and it unfortunately has an increasingly large presence in this story towards the later half. Had the actor nor anyone on the creative team heard a Dutch accent before? Ever? I... more
I would throughly recommend this podcast. It's cast of great and the production is excellent. I am very annoyed when they change the text for whatever reason and I find the content warnings annoying but otherwise highly recommended
How did y'all get into this one? I can't figure out which episode should be first. I think I may have jumped in partway through, which explains why I never really understood what was going on. I only lasted for a handful of episodes, then gave up.
Best Dracula adaptation. I'm signed up for the emails but fell behind last year, so my mom and I binge-listened to these on a road trip. I know the point is to listen on the days that they "happened" but it was great fun regardless. A literary classic turned into an audio-drama with a fantastic cast. It always managed to pull me in and make me feel the full weight of each moment, despite my chronic exposure to Dracula memes. Great work :)
One fantastically polished production team plus one stupendously talented voice acting cast brings together what I would have to call the single most gripping reimagining of a well-loved if dusty classic story. To rave about the episodes which have come out this far (chronologically in the fashion of Dracula Daily) would mean writing a Dracula-length novel myself. My friends and family are sick to un-death of hearing my recommendation of starting Re: Dracula. Please do yourself a favor and give ... more
