    This podcast is excellent. Making redundancies is one of the most challenging things an HR professional or manager has to do. This series of episodes from experienced outplacement provider, June, explains in detail all the considerations you may not have thought of. If you want to handle redundancies as well as possible, while understanding the impact the process can have on the people in your organisation - this is essential listening.
