I started listening to Megan’s podcast earlier this year, and I was INSTANTLY hooked on the premise! I was born and raised in rural MT and I have heard (and said) plenty of “Why would you move here?” Or “Why do you want to stay, there’s nothing around”; Of course, it is only when I moved to a bigger city that I realized how much I missed the close relationships and sense of belonging that I felt in my hometown! Listening to this podcast reminds me of home, and I am thankful for that—Give the Pod... more
What a great, heartwarming podcast. Congrats on all your openness.
She is a very good speaker but definitely spent sometime out of Montana.
Having grown up in Billings Montana, then moving to Missoula in the mid-1970s, and now living in a very rural location in Stillwater County, I have a great appreciation for the insights that Megan shares during her podcast. I love her sense of neutrality with regard to politics, which is greatly needed in this day and age. This podcast is appropriate for anyone, whether urban or rural, as it sheds sensitive light on both environments.

I hope this podcast ca... more
