- 非常に明快。だが不快。
制度の説明が非常に明快。ユーモアもあり、楽しく学べる。ただひとつ、「若者の対応について」で、若者に自信がないことについて、さかんに"面白い"と発言されていましたが、当事者として"面白いこと"ではありません。
私も社会保険労務士ですが、この人は何を笑いながら解説しているんだ？という感想を抱きました。笑えねーよ。
なぜ、若者はこうなのか、社会学的背景を踏まえれば、笑われて然るべきとは思いません。

社労士ならではのテーマを分かりやすく解説していくが、途中から「でもね？」「例えばですよ？」と事例を挙げて制度導入の難しさに脱線（？）していくのが面白い。
人事労務のプロだからこそ出てくる話は経営者にとっても勉強になるんですが、「でもね」の勢いの良さにいつも笑ってしまう。おすすめ
