  • Easy to engage with and very inspiring.

This podcast has been an enjoyable addition to my playlists and one of the only titles I save episodes from. The diversity of guests interviewed prevents a sense of tunnel vision sometimes found in arts programming. I also enjoy the hosts’ chill but experienced presence in the conversation.

  • Fascinating stories paired with useful reflection

Tracy and Chris are on a roll! I’ve listened to all of their podcasts to date and have enjoyed their interview styles as well as their post-interview reflection (something we in the design world refer to as “synthesis”). They do a great job of pulling out interesting lessons from each interview on how to take action applying the design thinking process at an individual level.

Full disclosure: I’ve worked with these two rock stars on design for health projects, and these podcasts are a great pe... more

  • Results have been positive so far

A friend of mine suggested this podcast to me. While I’m pretty satisfied with my life as it is, it’s still been pretty interesting listening to stories about how others have reshaped their own lives whether it’s moving into a van or pursuing a career as a novelist.

  • Who do you want to be? And why? And how?

I’m really digging this podcast! First of all because Tracy and Chris are such fun hosts blending insight and expertise with a really open and conversational style. Also, I love the premise that there’s no more important or intriguing design experiment then life itself! My favorite thus far is the Aaron Scott episode, as a person who often seeks to dislodge myself of the comfortable, I like hearing about someone who really did it.

  • Great find!

Its a true headline: whatever our intentions are, results may vary!

What a great podcast to explore design and intentions and how they play out. We don’t have to be the victim of circumstance, but we’re empowered to make choices. I hadn’t considered myself a designer until now, and I’m my best canvas so I can’t wait to hear how Chris and Tracy continue to add to my toolkit.
