Enjoy listening to Gil and Gene podcast. It is hard to find podcasts that cover the criteria when looking for a place to retire. Cost of living factors such as housing, healthcare, transportation, crime, food costs, utilities, social opportunities, etc. All this served with light banter by Gil, Gene and guests.
