  • The most entertaining and sincere Podcast.

After living abroad for 40+ years, there are some guests who I haven’t heard of but despite this, Gayle’s has such a magnificent interview technique that makes his guests relaxed and the conversation runs so well that it almost seems the audience is placing an ear to the door and listening in!

His diaries brilliant and a great insight into his own life and the times of the 60’s and 70’s . Thank you Giles and Harriet! X

All time great… I go back every one of those years with TonyB from the very beginning on the pirate ships and I still switch on every Saturday morning at 6am BBC Radio2 to hear Sounds of the 60’s - the best decade ever - to dance and sing along. Thank you Tony - you really are a legend in the true sene of the word - bless you and thanks for the memories… Michael

  • Pure joy

Gyles would be a pleasure to listen to on his own - even if he was only talking about the paint drying. But is fantastic with his superb guests. Gyles nudges them along a very interesting insight into their lives. No headlines or gotchas sought, just good old fashioned conversation.
