  • Everything you need, nothing you don’t

After seven years as a full time RV dwelling nomad, I really appreciate the authenticity of the show hosts. They keep it real about their experiences, giving the bad as well as the good, but still careful to be as kind as possible in their criticisms. It’s clear they really just want to be helpful to other RVers and share what they’ve learned. Knowing the time and effort that goes into creating really quality podcast content, I am amazed at their consistency and commitment to their channels and ... more

  • Great show

I appreciate that they DONT talk about things they don’t know about. The information is well founded and not overly brand centered. Yes they have sponsors but don’t overly harp about them. Good content presented in a concise format.

Guess you can only leave one review here. This weeks episode was delightful. A refreshing change without the dramatics

Q: Could you do a piece on transmission coolers?
Most RVers don't upgrade or add external transmission coolers unless they are towing heavy loads.
384. Our RV Winterizing Weekend, Future of RV A/C, and More
Q: Curious about your thoughts on mini splits. Do you think those will become the norm?
Mini-splits are efficient but I don't think they will become mainstream due to the ease of installation of traditional air conditioners.
382. RV "Quality" Awards and Maintaining RV Batteries in the Winter
Q: Do you recommend leaving a camper plugged in over the winter or not and why?
In general, it's absolutely fine to be plugged in and probably one of the better ways to keep your batteries charged throughout the winter.
382. RV "Quality" Awards and Maintaining RV Batteries in the Winter
Q: Could leaving the camper plugged in all winter while not in use have somehow run down or damage the battery?
It's at least the easiest thing, and if you have wet cell batteries, they need to be maintained, but leaving it plugged in is generally fine.
380. Answering Your RV Questions LIVE From Our Homecoming Rally
Q: If you were king of the RV industry, what would you change?
They would emphasize quality in RV manufacturing and communicate that RVers are willing to pay for improvements and features that enhance the longevity and resale value of their rigs.
