  • Good podcast beware ad in the middle

I love Shelby. I love this podcast. I get ads are necessary. The ones in the middle though… It really ruins the vibe.

The stories are fun, but you really need to do better with learning how to pronounce words, names, etc. I’m sure you put a lot of work into this show. It isn’t that hard to look up correct pronunciations.

Great podcast that’s never once lulled me to sleep. Jokes aside, Shelby’s a great host, storyteller and writer, and her voice is just phenomenal!

  • Not front loading the ads is baffling

Shelby does a great job but once you’re “scared to sleep”there’s loud ads at the end with literal power tools, dinging and yelling that jolts you back awake. Defeats the whole purpose.
