Five stars for the content, but episodes have recently started out with Scott or the guest in the middle of a sentence, so it seems like the first few minutes or so are getting cut out.

Addendum: came back to hear what Scott’s take was on recent developments in the Middle East but was very disappointed that he was seriously downplaying what happened on October 7. Have you not seen the videos of the terrorists chasing down unarmed concert goers and murdering them. The old lady being kidnapped in a golf cart? That was no military op. What was the objective? No terrain being held. No strategic advantage gained. It was straight up murder. Then the terrorists who manage to ge... more

  • Taking a break

I generally like the podcast and think Scott is well informed and very reasonable with his take on things even if I might disagree with him on some points. Many of his guests however are Hamas apologists. Scott acknowledges that Hamas engaged in beyond the pale terrorism on Oct 7. But guest after guest refuses to acknowledge the fact that despite the video of Hamas shooting defenseless fleeing or surrendering civilians, Hamas engaged in indefensible atrocities. One clown, trying to defend Hamas,... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

1/16/26 Daniel McAdams on Greenland, Venezuela and Iran
Q: What do you think is at play in the motivation for Trump and the American regime regarding Venezuela?
It seems to be a quick foreign policy win designed to satisfy the hawkish aspect of the MAGA base, under the illusion that it would be a low-cost intervention, unlike previous engagements in Iraq or Afghanistan.
1/9/26 Chris Brunet on the People Getting Rich Off of Trump’s Intervention in Venezuela
Q: What can we expect for what's next for Venezuela?
Brunet argues that the expectation is for a massive investment from US oil companies in Venezuela, potentially leading to a military presence to protect those investments.
1/9/26 Chris Brunet on the People Getting Rich Off of Trump’s Intervention in Venezuela
Q: Tell us about what you've learned about this guy, the Washington Free Beacon.
Brunet expresses that the newspaper is not very influential, serves to launder hit pieces, and is backed by Paul Singer, who uses it to push specific policies.
1/9/26 Tom Eddlem on the Capture of Nicolás Maduro
Q: What about the theory that they were involved in 2020?
There is no proof that Venezuelans had any influence over the voting machines in the 2020 elections.
1/9/26 Tom Eddlem on the Capture of Nicolás Maduro
Q: Can you just educate us on some facts about these commies and just how legitimate or illegitimate any of their standing for any so-called elections have been?
Maduro needed to cheat in order to stay in power due to the economic decline in Venezuela, especially after the oil prices collapsed.
