This podcast is perfection. Scottee talks about all the things me and my mental friends talk about…our mental health, rest, medication, exercise, masculinity, art, etcetera etcetera. And he does it with care, with wisdom, and with the voice of experience…while also singing random song lyrics, swearing about the weather, and wondering out loud why he’s doing any of this in the first place!
