最近連假很多，照理說應該游刃有餘，但我心裡卻是匆匆忙忙、連滾帶爬。早上醒來，看了一下時間，又繼續睡回去。這種無力感，讓我真切體會到以前學生那種「早就醒了，但就是不想起來」的感受。
我發現，當我開始實施「苦行僧計畫」後，生活確實日漸枯萎。雖然省了外送費，卻在假日用昂貴的大餐來「補償」壓力。我最近光是壽司郎、旭集（一餐甚至要 $2100）、西堤就吃了兩三次。這些外部獎勵，卻無法帶來真正的原動力。
