From muddled minds means more meat on the bone than your average podcast.
Okay but copied from another very popular car podcast and isn’t as good. Literally copy the same ideas the next week with very little insight on certain topics.
When I first found Scratch and Sniff I expected to discover a questionable 1980s motoring chatter, but in actual fact Jonny and Rich are a streamlined duo behind one of the most effortlessly entertaining car podcasts around.
They claim they don’t plan or rehearse their content, which I initially took as tongue-in-cheek modesty. Surely, I thought, no one could wander so fluidly between deep car knowledge, 1990s sitcom references, and anecdotes about damp British service stations without a script... more
I just love this show. I was a fan of Jonny and Richard’s work on magazines and TV, but I didn’t know about it until recently, and had about 3 years to catch up on. I’ve been binging it ever since. At the current pace I’ll probably be up to date on January 26. 🤣
The show is very loosely car based, but the topics of conversation can divert all over the place, you never really know where it’s going to land, and it’s absolutely hilarious. Love it.
I could write a tale or two on this poddy, but I’ll refrain. Put simply, if you’re into cars, life and a laugh, listen this gem. It’ll put the pep in your step and a smile in on your dial. If you’re not listening to it, you’re missing a link to life, get some Smith & Sniff in ya head, you’ll love it. Cheers, Anaru from NZ.
