This is my kind of podcast. Michelle talks about all the stuff that I am interested in. I loved hearing her candid birth story. I can’t wait to hear part two!! What a cliffhanger! I can’t wait to listen to her episode on conscious conception and conscious pregnancy too. We are so aligned with our beliefs. I agree that preconception health is so important and is an overlooked step by many and there are so many myths to bust about birth. Thanks for sharing your journey!
