Stellt das Konzept sehr hohe Anforderungen an Betroffene. Wer seine Gefühle nicht so steuern kann, wie es erwartet wird, wird nach einem vermeintlichen „heimlichen Gewinn“ gefragt. Diese Herangehensweise kann für Menschen mit schweren Erfahrungen als wenig feinfühlig oder entwertend erlebt werden. Der Eindruck verstärkt sich, wenn als Lösung immer wieder auf die erneute Lektüre des Buches verwiesen wird – verbunden mit der Erwartung, dessen Empfehlungen nun endlich umzusetzen.

Sehr viele Folgen fand ich sehr hilfreich für mein Leben oder auch manchmal nur dafür, andere Menschen besser zu verstehen und besser mit ihnen umzugehen. Ich finde auch, dass in letzter Zeit ein bisschen viel Werbung vorkommt.
