  • Disappointing

Psychology Today wrote an article about the spanking episode of this podcast that is definitely worth reading. I hope Madi and Grant can humble themselves to consider that they may not be right about everything and take the time to read the criticism. The article quotes Psalm 23 and points out that the rod mentioned in the Bible is a shepard’s staff used to guide and direct sheep, not hit them. It points out that yes discipline is good, but you can discipline without inflicting pain. And it stat... more

  • Yes!

I love this podcast. Even though some of it is geared toward younger women, I find the topics convicting and relatable. I enjoy all the guests she has on, and the variety of subjects. Really the only Christian based podcast I've been able to follow through and through!

  • Sigh…

I tried so hard to give them the benefit of the doubt. The most recent podcast came across as super judgmental. It’s really hard to listen to someone talk this way when they have no problem beating their kid with a rod. Disturbing and not impressed. Won’t be listening anymore. The most recent episode she was just judging everyone and like people going to Coachella etc. If you are going to preach about being holier than though then maybe go look in the mirror and at how you treat your daughter.
