    I learned so much from this podcast- I cannot wait for more episodes! Christine and Greg have amazing chemistry- you can tell they respect each other and genuinely like each other. I was new to the term “psychological safely”, but as a professional who sees one-on-one clients, and leads workshops, this was valuable insight. Your people must feel safe- FIRST.
