    I have been on the health train most of my life, and yet no where ever did I hear about milling your own grains. I am wondering WHY. I have tried whole wheat store bought flours, thinking they’re so much better… wrong! I have been making 90% of our bread items for a few years now and over the last few months I have been slowly transitioning my family over to fmf. Started with my vitamix to mill my grains and am so looking forward to a mill! Fresh cream of wheat, bread, pasta… yum! Already trying... more
