Grew up close enough to know Chicago Comics…and the old Moondogs, etc. The ‘81 Time Bandits was one of the first bootleg VHS movies we had so I probably watched it 50 times before we ever got cable in S. Barrington. I didn’t particularly love it but it reeks of nostalgia for me. Had a family tv night and I popped on the new Apple show. Fortunately we all liked it and now I have a podcast companion.
