阮娘嬭，身為長女兼職媽媽、家庭主婦，總是見她堅毅地扛起許多不屬他管轄的責任。出自於心疼（不過又不好意思肉麻），我經常告訴她要重視自己，為自己活一次，這難道不是妳的願望嗎？儘管如此，她還是掛慮著今晚該煮些什麼、有什麼事情急需去解決，可以幫助誰完成哪些事情，我才決定邀請她上節目，試著在真摯一點的對話當中找到她做自己主人的決心...與動力。
