I love listening to Laura and Bridget chat about what’s been happening in their lives each month, what they’ve been reading, and the range of books they cover is so fun. From their recent episode being very dark and very academic about Babel, influencing me to add My Brilliant Friend to my TBR, their deep dives and regular references to their beloved Twilight, and torturing themselves for our enjoyment by reading Credence, there is truly something for all tastes.
Always find myself agreeing with these girls’ takes. So much so that I often read books I wouldn’t otherwise reach for just so I can listen to that month’s episode! Faves 💜
Just wanted to hear some thoughts on The Housemaid and found a duo I’ll come back for! Not only did the girls reference Nancy Drew and Teen Power Inc - iconic - their take on the book was perfect! Thanks for the laughs and insights, getting me through while I spent a couple of hours stuck in the work car.
