Hello! As an older guy and someone who is just getting started in the business as of several months ago, this podcast has been very informative, with steps that can be taken immediately. Now back in Hollywood where I used to make my living as an actor...decades ago, you can imagine things have radically changed. This podcast acts as a refresher for the classics of the acting business. As well, the host clearly and directly explains the upgraded, digitized parts of online auditioning for those adjusting to 21c platforms.
Martin Benson is someone I really admire—he’s a smart, insightful guy who knows a lot about acting and communicates it clearly. With so much advice and so many teachers out there, I really appreciate the way Martin simplifies things. His perspective cuts through the noise and makes the craft feel more accessible and grounded.
