I know I’m not the only creative out there who struggles with anxiety. But I’m pretty sure we can all agree that it sucks. For a long time I felt so alone in my struggles. Like no one understood what I was feeling. I found the more I spoke up about it the more I connected with others just like myself. That’s why I’ve created this space, so you can come hang out while I chat about everything from b... more

  • Great podcasts for beauty creatives!

I’m sure she could work for anyone, but she does a great job at speaking to the anxious adhd crowd and how to make the most of their business! Great advice especially if you may not be able to join her private group for business! You’ll love her content and message! She makes you feel heard, seen and understood in your business without ever even telling you any of those words. Just the way she speaks!! Would recommend!

This misinformation is not only harmful but also puts vulnerable individuals at risk, potentially leading to tragic consequences. As a prominent creator, you have a responsibility to exercise care, and it saddens me to witness a lack of compassion in this regard. It is important to note that there is no scientif... more

  • The best friend I wish I had in my pocket

I feel like Dawn is somehow in my head. The stuff that I am stressing about always seems to pop up in Breakfast and Bedhead as well as the other episodes.

If you just need a little guidance and inspiration to be your self, love your business and give yourself grace for getting frustrated then this is the podcast for you.
