  • I wish I had an Uncle Brad!

But seriously, I've loved learning from Jules and Brad- they make cocktails interesting and more approachable to make. I've been listening for a week and I already feel like a significant more competent "home bartender" even though I just started. Looking forward to more podcasts and seasons!

  • Entertaining and Enlightening!

This is a great podcast! I loved the back and forth between uncle and niece! I also love the format of recipes and the history of each cocktail. I actually don’t drink alcohol, but I love me a mocktail and I loved learning more about each one!

Use walnut bitters in dark spirits like whiskey or rum, adding a dash to cocktails like an old fashioned or a Manhattan for a balanced flavor.
Ep. 115: Random, just random – Kentucky Mule
Q: If you could go back in time to a cocktail bar of any of the OG bartenders, where would you go and what would you order?
I would go back to Harry's New York Bar in Paris, and I would do the Sidecar and the French 75; and to the El Dorado Hotel in San Francisco, where Jerry Thomas made the blue blazer.
