I’ve been leading Tech at a church in IL for a couple years and started listening to these podcasts last week. I listened to every one of them (roughly 50) in the past week. It’s been wonderful!!!
I’ve been a bit tired of the every-week tech grind and this podcast was exactly what I needed to get back at it! Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience. The advise is as golden as the jokes are... not so golden.
I’d love to talk with Chris or Brian one day in the distant futur... more
Unfortunately. A great opportunity to make a good podcast but I feel it's a waste of time.
Also, you’d think someone who cares enough about sound would care enough about their own podcast's sound. The last episode's sound is bad with distracting background sounds. Sounds like his printer was right by his mic.
Also influenced by the mega-church model. Keep that in mind.
I love what these guys are creating and the forum they run. This podcast covers a lot of good topics, but the hosts go on far too many tangents. Just listened to Microphones 101 which I was hoping to forward to my sound team, but there were too many distractions and some unclear technical explanations. I’ve been an on-and-off listener hoping that the shows will have a better content, but I’m still giving it a pass.
Great podcast full of great valuable information.
Lots of great ideas here. Very clear. New tech I didn’t even know about!
