  • First Podcast

My therapist has been recommending podcasts to me for a while now to help cope with grief/loss and anxiety. I am in my 40s and have never listened to a podcast before. I was introduced to “Build Different” at the Ignite Men’s Conference this past weekend so I thought I’d give it a try. I have already listened to 3 episodes this week and it has been such a tremendous blessing. I am grateful for the encouragement and hope that I was able to glean from the podcasts so far.
