  • Insightful pod on Canadian RE & business behind it

I’m not a homeowner (welp) or a RE investor but I still love this podcast for keeping me informed on Canadian real estate market, trends and insights into the business of real estate as well as the realities & challenges facing buyers, sellers and investors. Even if you’re not an investor, I can’t recommend this show enough for the sheer amount of information & “inside baseball” that Dan and Nick provide. It’s fascinating to peer into the mindset of how investors & brokers are looking at the mar... more

  • Smart, Sharp, Seriously Useful

I was an early adopter of the CREI podcast. It continues to be one of my go-to resources. Nick and Dan consistently deliver sharp, insightful analysis—not just on real estate trends, but on broader economic indicators, regional developments, and national news that actually matters. Tune in if you want to sound highly informed with your clients, colleagues and round tables. It’s not just dry charts and figures, I always get a laugh at the sarcastic, at times, self-deprecating humour, with a dose ... more

Overall great show. I’ve listened to thousands of hours of podcasts and this is one of the best around honestly. Yes the hosts can be silly or annoying or off topic sometimes. Yes they make mistakes sometimes. Sometimes it’s too scripted. Yes they can be too positive or negative sometimes. Those are “SOMETIMES” things. What matters more is what they do ALL THE TIME. It is clear they ALWAYS put a lot of time and effort into delivering high quality content to their audience. They ALWAYS put out 2 ... more
