I would recommend Park Run to Jaycie and any listeners who would like to begin their running journey. It’s a friendly and free weekly run/walk for anyone who wants to. They have them dotted around all over the UK and even in some other countries too. It would be difficult to get obsessed over as it’s only once a week. It’s 5K, but anyone who wants to walk part of the way is allowed to as well - even the whole way! I also recommend Bella Coco on YouTube for crochet for beginners. Lots of ‘beginne... more
