This podcast is unbelievably helpful and practical as a 20-something sorting out her anxious attachment style. I feel so seen by so many of these episodes and I understand myself better after listening. It empowers me with tools to make positive changes in my life, especially in how I relate to myself and others. Thank you, Shane, for your brave and insightful work!
