  • Logic and clarity in nutrition!

Happy to have found this pod - EC is articulate and offers loads of factual information. The interview format is effective and efficient! Don’t expect to hear long preambles and chit chat. They jump right in and tackle topics from cancer to bananas. All they are missing is a theme song by that guy from Islands.
