  • Incredible Resource for Dancers!

As a new physio and dancer, I absolutely love this podcast! It’s been such a great resource, and I’ve learned so much that I’ve been able to use both in my physio practice and in my own dancing. Erika breaks things down in a way that’s super easy to understand, and her knowledge really shines through in every episode. I would recommend this podcast to dancers, dance teachers, dance parents, physios and really anyone who has an interest in dance!
