Defining Endurance is a podcast for the ultra endurance community. DE continually delivers thoughtful discussions with endurance practicioners and athletes along with practical advice on a variety of relavant topics. Highly recommended listening for your long run days.
After having listened to 1/2 of Defining Endurance’s podcasts, I’ve hit so many “Ah-Ha” moments (especially in episode 45) that I’ve got to write my first review.
