I disagree with your take. Most don’t stay in their first home more than 10-15 years and will get another mortgage, hopefully with better terms. Also the home can be refinanced when circumstances improve. The house will accumulate wealth in the meantime. Largest issue is closing costs and down payments for young families.
Peter and Eric are smart and funny. The way they relate to each other is a pillar of the show. Eric’s humor and quick wit is fantastic. Every episode I hear insight I don’t get anywhere else and they always cover the most current and relevant topics which makes this a must-listen podcast. And it’s short which makes it much easier to consume.
I really liked hearing from Jason Chafetz! He's so smart and excited to hear about his book. Did not care for the Epstein with Schoen. What about the flight logs? What about the black book Maxwell supposedly had? And since FBI has hidden evidence recently per Kash Patel- why is anyone ready to call it a day?
There is always a story behind the story. American politics is no different. Peter & Eric deliver these stories in an entertaining way, grounded in research-based facts, unpacking layers of context.
Please Peter don’t do he show on a iPhone You sound terrible. Just give the entire show to Eric since he is professional. You are an absolute amateur
