Whenever kelsey drops her latest episode, I IMMEDIATELY click to listen - or listen ASAP. It’s that kind of podcast. Kelsey brings her sparkle to every interview and it makes you feel like you can do absolutely anything.
I grab little nuggets of wisdom from every interview, even from the ones that seem like they have nothing to do with each other (I am definitely not a triathlete, but I loved the Nicole DeBoom episode).
