Thank you, GFM, for what you are doing. You have helped me stop watching Marvel, among many other things. This has in turn helped me stop showing Marvel to my two young children. It’s insane that these movies marketed to kids have such a dark agenda. Many friends and relatives think I’m a legalistic fundamentalist now, but that’s ok. I’ll keep trying to convince them this stuff is real and in the meantime, I have so much more joy in the Lord, and He is enough for me! He has opened my eyes ... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Exposing the Lie of the Hebrew Roots Movement with R. L. Solberg
Q: How can a Christian have a biblical worldview that rejects both legalism and antinomianism?
Christians are encouraged to focus on love for God and neighbor instead of strict adherence to rules. A relationship with God is emphasized over legalistic behavior, promoting faith shaped by love rather than performance-based righteousness.
Exposing the Lie of the Hebrew Roots Movement with R. L. Solberg
Q: What are the driving factors behind the rise of the Hebrew roots movement?
People are drawn in by a hunger for historical faith roots, but often lack biblical literacy, making them susceptible to misleading teachings. The COVID pandemic accelerated this trend as more individuals sought online communities for spiritual fulfillment.
Exposing the Lie of the Hebrew Roots Movement with R. L. Solberg
Q: What is the Hebrew roots movement, or as you might call it, Torahism?
Torahism misapplies the Torah teachings, claiming Christians must follow Old Covenant laws, including dietary laws, feasts, and circumcision. This belief system is problematic because it creates a legalistic approach to salvation, shifting focus from Christ to the Law.
Exposing the Lie of the Hebrew Roots Movement with R. L. Solberg
Q: How did you come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior?
Robert shares his transformative experience at a church camp at age 14, stating he accepted Christ despite a lukewarm religious upbringing. He later drifted from his faith but returned in his mid-20s, seeking to explore and understand Christianity more deeply through apologetics.
This Is NOT Biblical Christianity
Q: What is the argument that Jehovah's Witnesses use to justify not receiving blood transfusions?
Jehovah's Witnesses often cite Leviticus 17's prohibition against blood and take it to an extreme by stating that blood transfusions, which they believe would violate God's command to not consume blood, are not permissible.
