Listened to one episode and it was so awful I gave up. It might have turned into a better story but was so pathetically juvenile I couldn’t listen to any more.
Enough of the race garbage. No-one wants to hear it anymore.
It's an entertaining show. It's amazing how upset some people will get because the show brings up both white privilege and the institutional racism that is ever present in the United States. Those same people who are upset that minorities are now talking about the very real injustice and discrimination that they have faced are the same people who are both perpetuating the status quo and making it worse by cheering on the unconstitutional attacks on our nonwhite populations. The production was top notch and I loved the overall story, but there were moments where the racial aspect just went on for way too long. It becomes a little off putting at times. It almost feels like it’s just there to pad time, especially since the core plot doesn’t really need it to be successful.
Once I hit episode 3 I was turned off. Brain washing propaganda…ugh.. I gave episode 4 a chance but the lady in the show seemed racist, all she sees is color for everyone and when she called white people colonizers, I stopped listening after. No matter what color or creed ever race went to war and took over something not just white and to pick a certain group out by skin color and say things in a derogatory is the definition of racism.
